In a thrilling friendly encounter at Ramaroka on 16 August 2025, Motlhape Football Academy edged past Super Aces Academy U13 with a narrow 1-0 victory. The match kicked off at 3:30 pm and showcased the talents of both teams in a competitive atmosphere, drawing an attendance of 113 spectators.
Motlhape Football Academy adopted a 3-4-3 formation, which allowed them to utilise their attacking prowess while maintaining a solid defensive structure. In goal, Notwane Ishmael provided a reliable last line of defence. The back three consisted of Mabale Thato in the centre, flanked by Shai Kabelo on the right and Mothobekhi Maphama on the left. The midfield was anchored by Rampsa Brandon and Chabalala Nhlulo, with Mothobekhi Matome and Kapa Thatego operating as right and left midfielders respectively.
