Oracle F.A. hosted Tumantu FC at the Dunkwa Youth Resource Center on 15 February 2026, with kick-off at 1:10pm in a league home match. The 90-minute encounter ended in a 1-0 defeat for Oracle F.A., who were unable to overturn an early goal from their visitors.
Oracle F.A. lined up in a 4-4-1-1 formation, deploying Ebenezer Quaye Ansah in goal. The defensive line consisted of Seth Adu Boateng at right back, Dennis Agbi and Robert Eshun as central defenders, and Buckman Obeng covering the left-back position. In midfield, Jonas Koudadje operated on the right flank, with Isaac Boateng and Shawers Asare occupying the central midfield roles, while Richmond Asante took up the left midfield berth. Ahialorxo Steven played just behind the lone striker, Michael Agbi, tasked with linking midfield and attack.
This formation was designed to provide solidity at the back with four defenders, while the midfield quartet aimed to supply both defensive cover and attacking support. The attacking midfielder’s role was pivotal in creating chances for the striker, who was expected to lead the line and convert opportunities. Oracle F.A.’s substitutes for the match were Obeng Prince, Kojo Ansah, Atakora Samuel, and Mark Damoah.
The match began with Tumantu FC asserting early pressure, and their efforts paid off in the ninth minute when they opened the scoring. A well-placed tap-in with the right foot gave Oracle F.A. goalkeeper Ebenezer Quaye Ansah no chance, setting the tone for a challenging afternoon.
Despite this early setback, Oracle F.A. sought to regain control through their midfield engine, with Isaac Boateng and Shawers Asare attempting to dictate play centrally. The wide players, Jonas Koudadje and Richmond Asante, looked to stretch the opposition’s defence, but clear-cut chances remained elusive in the opening half.
The first half concluded with Oracle F.A. trailing by a single goal, a deficit they would strive to overturn after the break.
In the second half, tactical changes were introduced by Oracle F.A. at the 55th minute mark. Ahialorxo Steven was replaced by Obeng Prince in the attacking midfielder role, while Richmond Asante made way for Kojo Ansah on the left wing. These substitutions aimed to inject fresh impetus and creativity into the side’s attacking play.
As the match progressed, Oracle F.A. continued to press for an equaliser but found it difficult to break down Tumantu FC’s organised defence. The midfield battle remained intense, with Isaac Boateng and Shawers Asare working tirelessly to create openings.
Further tactical adjustments came late in the game at the 80th minute, with Michael Agbi making way for Atakora Samuel up front, and Jonas Koudadje replaced by Mark Damoah on the right wing. These changes reflected Oracle F.A.’s determination to find a breakthrough in the closing stages.
Despite their efforts and increased attacking intent, Oracle F.A. were unable to find the net, and the match ended 1-0 in favour of Tumantu FC. The visitors’ early goal proved decisive, and Oracle F.A. were left to rue missed opportunities and the inability to convert pressure into goals on home soil.
