With the outbreak of coronavirus worldwide & the speed of the spread is at scary range, the authorization is order all the football match to play behind closed door for precaution purposed.
With the injury list mounting & some players is get stuck in the quarantine city. RS start the match with only 1 sub on the bench.
For the consecutive match, Captain SB have to deputy as goalkeeper for RS. Davis the returning winger have to share the RB workload with Lau the legend. WJ to work on his own at the forward line try to hold the ball to get RS midfield into the game.
RS started the game with cautious, try to neutralize the pace & trickery of Mppp's attacker. Luckily for RS, Heng passed fit on the match day to start in the heart of defence. Unfortunately for Heng, he is injured by the opponent on the hour mark, left coach Mr.xXx have to use his first & the only sub of the day.
as it is, RS's center back pairing is the FB in combined of Edwin & Edmund.
Within the minutes Heng is subbed out, MPPP beat the in-progress rearrange defensive line & broke through, SB make the correct decision at the right moment to close down the angle & save with his feet. Score remain 0-0.
on the 36 minutes, a quick throw in behind Lau the legend who is now in RB role, MPPP attacker carry the ball into 18 yards box, he drop his shoulder & dribble passed Edmund & Edwin & slotted the ball to far corner, SB managed to get a finger tip onto the shot but can't prevent the goal. Mppp lead 1-0.
RS try to re-composure & organize the defensive line, but another high line is exposed by MPPP again, this time the attacker rounded SB the stand in keeper & passed it into empty net. SB was furious & let down by his defence. MPPP goes into half time leading by 2-0.
Not sure what's happening in the changing room during interval, RS comes out like a team with purposed & not planning to give up.
on the second half, clear to see the defensive line is no longer play high up on the field. They try to contain the attack of MPPP by limited the angle & passing route.
While RS focus try to score to get back in the match, RS's defender help by blocking wave after wave of MPPP attack.
RS counter with Moca with the ball on his feet, he started charge & dribble at the heart of MPPP, they brought him down on the edge of 18 yards box when he seems found his way passed 2 defenders.
Stand in front of the ball is the special guest of RS, Kamarul. He posed like Cristiano Ronaldo, but he shot better than him. Send the free kick into the far corner via a slgiht deflection of Davis.
RS backed into the game. MPPP still possessed the threat to broke forward whenever RS's attacker lost the ball, but RS's low defensive line gave them no chance with only blind long shot which send over the bar or cross where collected by SB or clear the Edmund & Edwin.
On the 80th minutes, MPPP's defender got the ball on the edge of the box & try to turn to play out from the back, Davis saw the chance & try to pressure the defender, WJ & Kchex follow the lead, the defender get nervous & pass back to his keeper, when try to do a Johan Cruyff turn, get caught by Kchex & Kechex passed the ball into the empty net.
RS managed to draw the game.
in the dying minutes, Davis again found the space on the right & he send in a delicious cross where WJ run to attack it, his flying header just flew pass the post of MPPP & nearly won the game for RS.
In the end, a draw is a more fair result for RS & MPPP.
