Away league match played on 06 January 2013.
Kicked off at 10:30 AM

After several weeks of no action and the unlocking of several gates the match finally kicked off although almost as soon as the security gate closed behind the highest attendance of the season so far, Huntsman were behind. Poor defending of the right wing run by the Grange led to a cross which was not dealt with and found its way to the unmarked Grange left winger, who happily slid home from close range.
Ten minutes later and the Grange found a second goal from a similar distance another ball from the right was missed by the huntsman defence before it was poked home 2-0 The Grange.
Huntsman kept battling but were simply not strong enough to holed the ball in the middle of the park or find a ball through to their strikers.
This changed on 19 minutes when Lewis Tidy played a nice through ball from just inside the Grange half of the pitch after a throw in, for Paul Jenkins to run onto and beat the keeper 2-1 The Grange.
On 35 minutes Huntsman were unlucky not to draw level when Casper McNally hit the post.
There was then an air of déjà vu in the 40th minute when another Grange cross from the right eluded the Huntsman back 3 before being fired home from close range. 3-1 The Grange.
A minute later things turned a bit sour for the Grange when their influential striker was sent off for violent conduct, after kicking out at Matty McKenna.
Although this gave Huntsman a way back into the game on 44 minutes The Grange made them pay for some more woeful defending and poor marking when they got a fourth goal. 4-1 The Grange.
A minute later they made it 5-1 when a ball through the middle was not stopped and left their now loan striker with just Kingston in goal to beat.
Half time led to a few tactical changes for the Huntsman, with Lewis Tidy moved up front and Casper McNally moved out to the right flank.
On 60 minutes these changes began to pay off, when a cross to Lewis tidy from Jenkins from left of centre was turned in for 5-2 The Grange, were the huntsman on their way back into the game?
A bad head injury led to a change with Scott Wright coming off for the Huntsman and being replaced by Paul Robinson on 62 minutes.
4 minutes later Huntsman further reduced the deficit, a ball from Lewis Tidy on the right left Lee Carr 1 on 1 with the Grange keeper, who he deftly beat. 5-3 The Grange.
On 79 minutes the Huntsman were back within a goal of The Grange when a nice through ball from Jenkins set Lewis Tidy away to round the keeper and score his second goal of the game 5-4.
In the 85th minutes of normal time Huntsman finally got out of Jail with and equaliser, a corner from the right wasn’t cleared and fell to the feet of Matty McNally, who swiftly fired the ball home for 5-5.
With Huntsman looking for the win a few descent chances were missed but after being 5-1 down a point was a satisfactory outcome to an enthralling game.
Get well wishes for commanding centre back Scott Wright.
