The league consists of 16 teams, divided into two divisions. The top division is known as the Premier Division, while the bottom division is known as the Division One. The teams play each other twice in a season, once at home and once away.
The winners of the Premier Division are promoted to the Professional Development League, while the bottom two teams in the Premier Division are relegated to the Division One.
