AFC Marlow were formed in 2013 by James Mckechnie & Dean Oxlade. James Mckechnie is the Chairman, Treasurer & Manager of the club alongside Dean Oxlade as his Assistant Manager and Secretarty of the club.
Our home ground is Gossmore Recreation Ground, Marlow (See "Where we play" for more info)
Towards the end of the 2012/13 season, FC Wycombe applied to be put into division 4 so we could start from fresh. After the final game of the season FC Wycombe folded and AFC Marlow were formed from the remaining players.
During pre season AFC Marlow drafted in around 10 new players with only 1 possible 2 not enjoying the banter the team has and effectively not come back.
In our 1st season we hope to win promotion with nothingless than winning the division we have been put into this season and build a club that will make history.
We are a very spirited side that play nice neat passing football. We are the Sunday morning football family!!
