Alpha Rising Stars Football Club is a football club based in Arua, Uganda. The club was founded in 2010 and competes in the Arua Regional League.
History
Alpha Rising Stars was founded in 2010 by a group of young footballers who wanted to create a club that would provide opportunities for young people in Arua to play football. The club quickly gained popularity and began to compete in the Arua Regional League.
In 2015, Alpha Rising Stars won the Arua Regional League and were promoted to the Uganda Premier League. The club's first season in the top flight was a difficult one, but they managed to avoid relegation.
In recent years, Alpha Rising Stars has been one of the most consistent clubs in the Arua Regional League. They have won the league title three times in the past five years and have also reached the final of the Uganda Cup on two occasions.
