The team was founded in 2018 by a group of parents who wanted to provide their daughters with the opportunity to play competitive football. The team has since grown to over 20 players and has enjoyed success in the South Manchester Girls League, winning the league title in 2021.

The team is currently in their third season in the South Manchester Girls League. They are currently sitting in second place in the league table, with two games remaining.
The team has been in good form this season, winning 10 of their 12 games. They have also reached the semi-finals of the South Manchester Girls Cup.
