South Manchester Girls League

The South Manchester Girls League (SMGL) is an amateur football league for girls in the South Manchester area of England. It was founded in 1999 and currently has over 100 teams competing in a variety of age groups.

Competitions

  • The SMGL runs leagues for girls aged 7-16 years old.
  • There are also cup competitions for each age group.
  • The SMGL is affiliated to the Football Association (FA).

The SMGL matches are played at a variety of venues across South Manchester.
