History

The team was founded in 2010 by a group of friends who were all fans of the Bertie Bassett liquorice allsorts. They started out playing in local 5-a-side leagues, but eventually moved up to the 7-a-side format.

The team has been fairly successful in recent years, winning the Sunday Warner's Bridge 7 A Side league title in 2018 and 2020. They have also reached the final of the cup competition on two occasions.

The Sunday Warner's Bridge 7 A Side football league is a local league based in Southend-on-Sea. It was founded in 2005 and currently has over 20 teams competing in it.

The league is played on a Sunday afternoons, and each team plays each other once during the season. The top two teams at the end of the season qualify for the play-offs, with the winner being crowned champions.
