BFS U15 was founded in 2015 by the BFS Football Academy. The academy is a non-profit organization that aims to develop young football players in Vietnam. BFS U15 is one of the academy's most successful teams, having won the Vietnam Youth Football League championship twice.
The team's first season in the Vietnam Youth Football League was in 2016. They finished the season in third place. In 2017, the team won their first championship. They repeated as champions in 2019.
