The Bristol City Women Academy U16 team is a youth football team based in Bristol, England. They compete in the FA Girls' England Talent Pathway League (ETPL), which is the highest level of youth football in England.
The team was founded in 2016 and has since won the ETPL title twice, in 2018 and 2020. They have also reached the FA Youth Cup final on two occasions, in 2018 and 2020.
The team is currently managed by Mark Sampson, who is also the manager of the Bristol City Women's first team. The team's captain is Ella Rutherford, who has also represented England at youth level.

The FA Girls' England Talent Pathway League (ETPL) is a league for the best youth girls' football teams in England. It is divided into three divisions: Division 1, Division 2, and Division 3.
The ETPL is a competitive league, and teams are promoted and relegated based on their results. The top two teams in Division 1 at the end of the season are promoted to the FA Women's National League, which is the second tier of women's football in England.
