The Football League Youth Alliance - Devon Clubs is a youth football league in the south west of England. It is made up of youth teams from clubs in the Football League and the National League. The league was founded in 2002 and is currently sponsored by Utilita.
The league consists of two divisions, Division One and Division Two. The top six teams in Division One at the end of the season qualify for the play-offs, with the winner being promoted to the Football League Youth Alliance National League. The bottom two teams in Division One are relegated to Division Two.

The league is played on a Saturday afternoon. The season runs from August to May.
