History
Ecclesfield Red Rose J.F.C. was founded in 1915 and initially played in the Sheffield and Hallamshire Senior League. The club won the league championship in 1923-24 and 1924-25.
During the Second World War, the club did not play any football. After the war, the club rejoined the Sheffield and Hallamshire Senior League and remained in the league until 1987.
In 1987, the club joined the Sheffield Imperial Sunday League. The club has won the league championship on three occasions, in 2001-02, 2006-07, and 2015-16.
