Affectionately known as ‘Frow’, our club have been in existence for over 125 years and have two teams playing in the Mid Sussex Football League. Our first team currently ply their trade in the Premier Division and have enjoyed two successive promotions within the last four years. We play at the Memorial Ground, which has a surface much like a rich carpet you’d find in a Russian oligarch’s home.
From the 2012-13 season, the club have seen what can only be described as a ‘Frowrevolution’, with an incoming group of players that have largely stuck together since. With a few quality additions since then, we’ve left Division 1 and numerous trips to Crawley’s Cherry Lane behind us, to finishing 10th in our first season in the Prem. Last season saw a big improvement, as we finished 5th and grabbed a Europa spot.
Harry Neave was the man responsible for leading the squad to the Prem, but stepped down midway through 2015/16, handing the reigns over to fan favourite Ronnie ‘Big Ron’ Holah.l.
Up the Frow.
