History
Formby FC was founded in 1919 as Formby United. They changed their name to Formby FC in 1922. The club has played at their current ground, Brows Lane, since 1920.
Formby FC have won the Liverpool Premier League First Division on four occasions, in 1986–87, 1996–97, 2002–03, and 2018–19. They have also won the Liverpool Senior Cup on two occasions, in 1985–86 and 2014–15.
