History
The team was formed in 1995 by a group of former Hebden Royd Red Star players who wanted to continue playing football after they had retired from the senior team. The team quickly became successful, winning the West Riding County F.A. Veterans League title in their first season.

The team has continued to be successful in recent years, winning the league title on several occasions. They have also reached the final of the West Riding County F.A. Veterans Cup on several occasions, but have not yet won the trophy.

The West Riding County F.A. Veterans League is a football league for over-35s teams in West Yorkshire, England. The league was founded in 1963 and currently has 10 divisions.
The league is divided into two geographical sections, the North and South. The top teams from each section compete in a promotion play-off to determine the overall champions.

The league is a popular competition with over 100 teams taking part each season. The standard of football is high and the league is well-organized.
