The team was founded in 2015 and has been steadily improving since then. They won the Sunday Central Afl Division 2 title in 2020 and were promoted to Division 1. They finished 6th in Division 1 in 2021.

The Sunday Central Afl is a football league for amateur football teams in Lanarkshire. It was founded in 1972 and currently has 20 teams competing in three divisions.
The league is divided into two geographical sections, the East and West sections. The top two teams from each section at the end of the season are promoted to the Premier Division, while the bottom two teams are relegated to Division 1.
The Sunday Central Afl is a well-respected league and has produced a number of talented players who have gone on to play professional football.
