Laurel Park Starz Football

Laurel Park Starz is a girls' football team based in Lower Earley, Reading. The team was founded in 2015 and currently competes in the Berkshire County Girls Football League.

The team is made up of girls aged 14-15 and includes girls who have been playing football for a few years, as well as some who are totally new to the sport. The team is very enthusiastic and has a desire to learn the sport whilst having fun at the same time.

The team plays in the Berkshire County Girls Football League, which is a competitive league with teams from all over Berkshire. Games are 80 minutes long (2x40min halves) and are 11-a-side format.

The team also competes in the Tilehurst Panthers 6-a-side Tournament football league. This is a less competitive league that is played on a smaller pitch with fewer players. The tournament is a great opportunity for the team to play against other teams from around the area and to have some fun.
