The Football League Youth Alliance - Devon Clubs league is a regional league for u18 teams in the Football League Youth Alliance. It was formed in 2000 and is currently sponsored by Utilita.
The league consists of 14 teams, divided into two divisions. The top four teams in each division qualify for the play-offs, with the winners of the play-offs being promoted to the Football League Youth Alliance National League.
