The Loreto College 3rd Team football team is a competitive team that competes in the North West Colleges Sports League (NWCSL). The team is made up of students from Loreto College, a Catholic sixth form college in Altrincham, Greater Manchester.
The team was formed in 2018 and has been competing in the NWCSL ever since. The team has had mixed success in the league, finishing in mid-table in most seasons. However, the team has also had some memorable results, including a 5-0 victory over Cheadle Hulme School in the 2020-21 season.
The team is currently managed by Mr. Smith, a PE teacher at Loreto College. The team's captain is Tom Jones, a talented midfielder who has been with the team since its inception.

About the North West Colleges Sports League
The North West Colleges Sports League (NWCSL) is a football league for sixth form colleges in the North West of England. The league was founded in 1999 and currently has over 50 teams competing in it.
The NWCSL is split into three divisions: Premier Division, Division One, and Division Two. The top four teams in the Premier Division at the end of the season qualify for the National Colleges Football League.
The NWCSL is a competitive league with a good standard of football. The league is also a great opportunity for players to develop their skills and experience.
