The team has a long history of success, having won the GMWF title on four occasions. They have also reached the final of the FA Women's Cup on two occasions.
The team is managed by Andy Barlow and coached by a team of experienced coaches. The team trains at Lymm High School and plays its home matches at Lymm Leisure Centre.

The Greater Manchester Women's Football League (GMWF) is a women's football league in Greater Manchester, England. The league was founded in 1992 and currently has 10 teams.
The GMWF is a feeder league for the FA Women's National League North. The top two teams in the GMWF at the end of the season are promoted to the FA Women's National League North.
The GMWF is a competitive league with a strong tradition of producing talented players. The league has produced a number of players who have gone on to play for the England national team.
