History
Millbrook AFC was founded in 1888 and played in local leagues until joining the South Western League in 1980. The club were South Western League runners-up in 1981–82 and finished in the top five every season until 1988–89. They also reached the final of the Cornwall Senior Cup in 1983–84.
In 1989, Millbrook AFC joined the Toolstation Western Football League, where they have remained ever since. The club's best finish in the league was third place in 2003–04.
Current season
Millbrook AFC are currently in their 34th season in the Toolstation Western Football League. The club finished 13th in the Premier Division last season.
The club's current manager is Gary Rogers, who was appointed in 2021.

The league's current main sponsor is Toolstation, so it is also known as the Toolstation League for sponsorship reasons.
The league was founded in 1892 and is currently the ninth tier of the English football league system. The league consists of two divisions, the Premier Division and Division One, with 20 teams in each division.
The champions of the Premier Division are promoted to the Southern League Division One South, while the bottom two teams in the Premier Division are relegated to Division One. The champions of Division One are promoted to the Premier Division, while the bottom two teams in Division One are relegated to the South West Peninsula League Premier Division East or West.
