The team quickly rose through the ranks of the Belfast & District Football League, and won the championship in 2018. They have since gone on to win the league again in 2022.

MondayNightFootball is a well-respected team in the league, and is known for its attacking style of play. The team has a strong youth system, and many of its players have gone on to play for professional clubs.
