The Abacus Lighting Central Midlands Alliance League is a football league in England. It is at level 11 of the English football league system, and is affiliated to the Northern Counties East Football League.
The league was formed in 1987 as the Central Midlands League. It was renamed the Abacus Lighting Central Midlands Alliance League in 2018.
The league consists of 22 teams, and each team plays each other twice, once at home and once away. The top two teams at the end of the season are promoted to the Northern Counties East League Division One, and the bottom two teams are relegated to the Central Midlands League Division One.
