The Bedford & District Sunday Football League is a Sunday league football league in Bedfordshire, England. It was founded in 1922 and currently consists of 24 teams.
The league is divided into two divisions, the MDH Teamwear First Division and the MDH Teamwear Second Division. The top team in the MDH Teamwear First Division is promoted to the Bedfordshire County Football League, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the MDH Teamwear Second Division.
The league's headquarters are located at the Bedford Town Hall. The league's chairman is John O'Neill.
