As reserve team manager, my aim is to combine a competitive attitude with a sense of team spirit. We aim to get our players fit, strong, organised. A strong team spirit will bond the team together and is what makes playing football for Shalford FC an enjoyable and positive sporting and social experience.
The club has a very good track record of developing young players and I am very keen to hear from and work with local lads looking to take their first steps into men's football with us.
Overall we want to build a positive set up to prepare players and develop them ready for a 1st team future. In keeping with the Shalford FC philosophy.
