SS. Romulea is an amateur football club based in Rome, Italy. The club was founded in 1922 and currently competes in the Eccellenza Lazio, the fifth tier of Italian football.

History

SS. Romulea was founded in 1922 by a group of young men from the San Giovanni neighborhood of Rome. The club initially played in local amateur leagues, but it soon began to climb the ranks of Italian football. In 1947, SS. Romulea won promotion to Serie C, the third tier of Italian football at the time. The club remained in Serie C for several seasons, but it was eventually relegated back to the lower leagues.

In recent years, SS. Romulea has been a regular in the Eccellenza Lazio. The club has won the Eccellenza Lazio title on three occasions, in 1998, 2004, and 2019. SS. Romulea has also reached the final of the Coppa Italia Dilettanti on two occasions, in 2004 and 2019.
