The Chester & District Junior Football League (CJFL) is an amateur football league for children and young people in the Chester area. It was founded in 1968 and currently has over 100 teams playing in a variety of age groups.
The CJFL is affiliated to the Cheshire FA and is a member of the North West Junior Football Alliance. The league's aim is to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for children and young people to play football.
The CJFL's season runs from September to May and consists of a league and cup competitions. The league is divided into a number of divisions, depending on the age of the players. The cup competitions are open to all teams in the league.
