History
The club was founded in 1921 and originally played at the West Herts Sports Ground in Cassio Road, Watford. In 2003, the club moved to its current ground at the Sun Sports ground in Bellmount Wood Avenue, Watford.
The club has won a number of trophies over the years, including the East Premier B division title in 2018-19. The ladies' team has also won a number of trophies, including the East Premier division title in 2016-17.

The men's first team currently sits in 6th place in the East Premier B division. The ladies' first team currently sits in 3rd place in the East Premier division.
