About the Central Warwickshire Youth Football League

The Central Warwickshire Youth Football League (CWYL) is a youth football league based in Warwickshire, England. It was founded in 1972 and currently has over 200 teams competing in various age groups from Under-7s to Under-18s. The CWYL is affiliated to the Football Association (FA) and its teams compete in the FA Youth Cup. The CWYL is divided into a number of divisions, with each division having a different level of competition. The top division is the Premier Division, followed by Division 1, Division 2, and so on. The lowest division is the Development League. Teams are promoted and relegated between divisions based on their results at the end of the season. The top two teams in each division are promoted, while the bottom two teams are relegated. The CWYL is a great way for young footballers to develop their skills and compete against other teams from across the region. It is also a great way to make new friends and have fun playing football.
