Worthing Town Reserves is a football team based in Worthing, West Sussex, England. They play in the West Sussex Football League Division One, the ninth tier of the English football league system.
The team was founded in 1907 as Worthing Amateurs, and changed their name to Worthing Town Reserves in 1924. They have won the West Sussex Football League Division One on three occasions, in 1993-94, 2003-04, and 2013-14.
The team's home ground is the Woodside Stadium, which is also the home ground of Worthing Town's first team. The stadium has a capacity of 2,500.
