Echo Junior Football League

The Echo Junior Football League is an amateur football league based in Dagenham, Essex, England. It is affiliated with the Essex FA and offers many opportunities for junior grassroots football.

History

The Echo Junior Football League was founded in 1964. It was originally called the Dagenham Junior Football League, but it was renamed in 1999 to reflect its wider catchment area.

The league has grown steadily over the years and currently has over 200 teams competing in it. The teams are divided into different age groups, from Under-7s to Under-18s.

Competitions

The Echo Junior Football League runs a variety of competitions, including:

  • A league competition for each age group
  • A cup competition for each age group
  • A festival of football for Under-7s
