The teams play in a round-robin format, with each team playing each other once. The top two teams at the end of the season qualify for the playoffs, with the winner of the playoffs being crowned champions.
The league is affiliated with the Amateur Football Alliance (AFA). The AFA is the governing body for amateur football in England. The AFA provides the league with support and resources, including insurance, refereeing, and disciplinary services.
