Introduction
The Central Over 35s is an amateur football league for players aged 35 and over, based in the Scotland Central belt and Stirling/Falkirk region.
The league was established in 2015 and currently consists of two divisions, the Premier Division and Division 1.

There are a total of 77 teams in the league, including both men's and women's teams.
The season runs from September to May, with each team playing each other twice.
Season 2022/23

The current season is the 2022/23 season.
The Premier Division is currently being led by EKYM 35s, with Easterhouse Football Academy in second place.

In Division 1, the top two teams are Wishaw High School FPs 35's and St David's.
The season will end with a play-off to determine the overall champions.
