The Central Warwickshire Girls Football League (CWGFL) is an amateur football league for girls and women in the Warwickshire county of England. It is affiliated to the Birmingham County FA.

The 20-21 season was the 20th season of the CWGFL. The league was won by Coventry Sphinx, who finished the season unbeaten. Knowle finished in second place, and Sutton Coldfield Town finished in third place.
