The Milton Keynes & District Development League (MKDDL)

The Milton Keynes & District Development League (MKDDL) is an amateur football league for youth teams in Milton Keynes and the surrounding area. The league was founded in 1997 and currently has over 100 teams competing in age groups from U7 to U18.

League Structure

The MKDDL is split into three divisions: the Premier Division, Division One, and Division Two. The Premier Division is the top division and is made up of the strongest teams in the league. Division One is the second tier, and Division Two is the third tier.

MKDDL action

The league season runs from September to May, with each team playing each other team in their division once. The top two teams in each division at the end of the season are promoted to the next division, while the bottom two teams in each division are relegated to the next lower division.

Rules and Regulations

The MKDDL operates under the rules and regulations of the Football Association (FA). The league also has its own set of rules and regulations, which can be found on the MKDDL website.
