Introduction

The STOK (Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Amateur Football League) is an amateur football league in Staffordshire, England. It was founded in 1902 and currently consists of over 200 clubs. The league is divided into a number of divisions, with promotion and relegation between divisions based on league performance.

The STOK is a popular league and attracts players of all ages and abilities. The league also has a number of cup competitions, including the STOK Challenge Cup and the STOK Presidents Cup.

History

The STOK Challenge Cup is the most prestigious cup competition in the league and is open to all clubs in the STOK. The STOK Presidents Cup is a knockout cup competition for teams in Divisions One and Two.
