The Sunday Premier Division is an amateur football league in England. It is the top division of the Manchester Amateur Sunday Football League, and is one of the most competitive Sunday leagues in the country.

The league was founded in 1975, and currently consists of 18 teams. The teams play each other twice, once home and once away, with the top team at the end of the season being crowned champions.

The Sunday Premier Division is a very physical league, with teams often playing a direct style of football. The standard of play is high, and the league attracts some of the best amateur footballers in the country.
