???? AYLSHAM BLUEBIRDS MATCH REPORT ????

? Aylsham Bluebirds 5–1 BV Jets ?

?? WHAT A WIN FOR THE GIRLS! ??

An incredible performance from our Bluebirds, securing a fantastic 5–1 victory against BV Jets! The girls showed outstanding team spirit, determination, hard work and togetherness, playing football the BLUEBIRD WAY from start to finish. ????

Every single player contributed to a brilliant team performance, and we couldn’t be prouder of how these girls are developing, growing in confidence and playing for each other. ??

?? VIV – OUR GOALKEEPER

Honestly, we couldn’t ask for a better goalkeeper! ?? Incredible saves and a fantastic last line of defence, protecting our goal when we needed her most. Her importance to this team cannot be underestimated, and we are so lucky to have her between the sticks. ??

??? EDITH – THE FRONT-FOOT DEFENDER

What a brilliant, strong defensive performance! Edith is really starting to defend on the front foot, looking to stop attackers before they can cause problems. The way she reads the game and positions herself on the pitch is unreal. A fantastic display! ??

?? AMELIA – THE WALL

Another superb defensive performance from Amelia! Marking some incredibly skilful players and not giving them an inch. We are so proud of how she is growing in confidence each week. Her development is brilliant to watch! ????

?? SCARLETT – ROBERTO SCARLOS!

What a performance! She absolutely loves a BV battle! ?? Strong defending, working incredibly hard and communicating from the back to help her teammates. And then there were those runs… turning into Roberto Scarlos with some incredible running power! What a shift she put in! ????

????? MATILDA – CAPTAIN MARVEL

Captain Marvel strikes again! ?? Matilda is so talented in different positions, which is such a huge asset to our team. She battled incredibly hard, made clever tackles and turned defence into attack in the blink of an eye. A real all-round team player who gives us so much wherever she plays! ??

?? STEVIE – THE PLAYMAKER

Our playmaker was absolutely on it! Incredible passing range, exciting forward play and a real eye for creating opportunities. But perhaps the best thing to see is her attitude towards football right now. Her commitment and desire to keep playing for her team, even after picking up an injury, say so much about her character. ????? We love seeing this side of Stevie!

?? HOLLY – PLAYER OF THE MONTH

What a performance from our Player of the Month! ?? It is so good to see Holly starting to drive at players and attack the space in front of her. She is really taking on board what we are coaching, and it is fantastic to see it coming through on the pitch. Defended brilliantly yesterday and put in a massive shift for her team. Keep going, Holly! ????

? JESSIE – THE PRESSING MACHINE

What an effort from Jessie! Non-stop hard work, pressing from the front, defending and closing down the opposition. She never stopped working for her team. And to top it all off, a brilliant strike with her left foot to get herself on the scoresheet! ???

? LOU – CONFIDENCE IS GROWING!

Lou is a completely different class this season, and we are absolutely thrilled for her! ?? Her confidence is growing with every game, and she is increasingly looking to get on the ball and create things. Her quick thinking and instinctive snap shot were superb, earning her a well-deserved goal! Keep believing in yourself, Lou! ??

??????? IMMY – OUR ROAD RUNNER! BEEP BEEP!

Where do we even start?! ?? Immy simply DID NOT STOP RUNNING! The opposition must have been terrified every time she picked up speed. Down the right, through the middle, over to the left… they just couldn’t cope with her pace! ???????

And when you combine that incredible engine with her composure on the ball, you have one seriously dangerous player for our Bluebirds! What a performance, Immy. Keep flying! ??????

???? THE BLUEBIRD WAY! ????

A 5–1 win, fantastic football, goals, determination, commitment and, above all, a team that works for one another.

The individual performances were brilliant, but the togetherness of this group is what makes us so proud. Every tackle, every run, every pass, every save and every bit of encouragement played its part.

The girls are learning, growing and believing in themselves more and more each week, and it is an absolute pleasure to watch.

BE PROUD, GIRLS. YOU WERE INCREDIBLE! ??????
