A fantastic 12–1 win, with brilliant football, incredible work rate and some outstanding team performances right across the team.
*Viv* was very patient in goal and showed great composure. She also demonstrated some really clever passing when playing the ball out to the defenders, helping us build from the back.
*Scarlett* was an absolute rock at the back. Her hard tackling, strength and pace were fantastic, and she repeatedly used her speed to chase down forwards and stop attacks.
*Edith* was a defensive star. She read the game brilliantly, stepped forward confidently and produced some excellent front-foot defending throughout the match.
*Amelia* was brilliant on her first game for the team. She understood her defensive role extremely well and showed real bravery when making challenges. A fantastic debut!
*Stevie*, our assist queen, was unreal in midfield. Her passing was excellent, creating chance after chance, while her work rate was phenomenal. She ran up and down the pitch all game and never stopped working.
*Holly* was well and truly back with a bang! Her passing and crossing were amazing, while her strength on the ball and running power caused all sorts of problems. A brilliant performance.
*Jessie* brought fantastic energy and work rate to the team. Up front, she was once again the fox in the box, finding the right positions and getting her goal. Her passing and link-up play were also excellent.
*Lou* ran, ran and ran! Her work rate in the press was so impressive, constantly putting pressure on the opposition. She fully deserved the goal she got for her efforts.
*Immy* was absolutely amazing and seemed to be everywhere. Crossing, passing, tackling and goals — she did it all! A brilliant all-round performance.
*Matilda* worked incredibly hard and put in a massive shift for the team. She also did a fantastic job defensively when we needed her, showing great determination to help the whole team.
