Sunday evening saw the sacking of Fildes close friend Di Canio, some say Paolo tries to be the manager Fildes is but cannot replicate the aura Fildes possesses. The bookmakers instantly suspended all betting on Di Canio being appointed Fildes no.2, the Breachwood players must be quaking in their boots at the prospect of Fildes and Di Canio working together on the training field, fireworks are to be expected!

Breachwood were warned this week about controlling their fans after the Breachwood ultras had threatened the oppositions players during the last game! The team were also warned about the team doctor, whom is of Jamaican descent, they say he is some sort of witch doctor, the FA have banned him from mixing together his herbal remedies on the sidelines although the club had already taken action as when they tried to bring AJ on last week he seemed zoned out by the fumes from the herbal remedies!

Sunday morning Breachwood were rocked just hours before the game when Fildes was pulled over for drink driving on his way to the game making things worse for himself Fildes allegedly then attacked the officers trying to arrest him! Fildes erratic behaviour continues to overshadow his team performances this season but no one can criticize him as week in week out he seems to get the best out of his average at best squad.

Dun Cow were Breachwoods first real test of the season, would their new found belief and winning mentality give them a chance or would they crumble to a team many predict to runaway with the title this season?  With Fildes in a cell Breachwood were left managerless as club captain Turk took the reins opting to play a 4-5-1 keeping the core of the team the same unfortunately Ben Moulding was unavailable due to a shopping trip!!! Charlie Page started on the Left wing after impressing in his two cameo appearances recently.

Breachwood started the game solidly without imposing any real threat to Dun Cow but the same could be said for the opposition, although Dun cow were slowly turning the pressure up Breachwood seemed to have an answer for everything thrown at them and they always looked dangerous on the counter attack.  Half time saw the two teams locked at 0-0 if Breachwood could maintain their unity you could feel that they could nick a goal on the counter and see the game out 1-0.

The second half began in much the same style as the first unfortunately Dun Cow were piling more and more pressure on The Lions defence and  it looked inevitable that they would soon break the deadlock.  Breachwood were forced into a change with DD having to come off moving Ollie Mason into the middle of the park and Dev out onto the wing.  Unfortunately Breachwood lost their shape and discipline in the last half hour of the game and Dun Cow took full advantage.  With 60 minutes on the clock after a scramble in The Lions box the Dun Cow striker tapped home from 3 yards and undid all of Breachwoods hardwork.

The Lions then went in search of an equaliser and this unfortunately opened up the floodgates for the impressive opposition.  With no shape and the team knowing they had to score they started to pile forward leaving gaps everywhere. Dun Cowpicked them off at will and added a further 5 goals.

The game finished 6 nil and in truth the final score was slightly flattering to Dun Cow however they were very strong opposition and good value for their win.

Breachwood will know they can do better and will hope to put things right next weekend with a convincing win over Stevenage Outsiders.
