Home league match played on 16 September 2012.
Kicked off at 10:45 AM

Not sure how to start which is very similar to Crown, there needs to be more clarity and understanding from the players on the pitch. There is something else missing "talking during the game", there are very few who actually talk and with football being an easy game, there really does not to be more talking. Overall the Crown played quite well in spells, but once again allowed the opposition to control much of the game. Crown need to play to feet, pass and move, we are not the tallest team and really need to play to our advantages. First goal of the seasn for Scott Ludlow and another goal for Dale Badge, taking his tally to 4!

                                                                                                       CROWN VS TRENT VALLEY  16/9/2012

A VERY AGRESSIVE START FROM THE CROWN WINDING THEIR WAY THROUGH THE TRENT DEFENCE CREATING A FEW SHOTS IN THE FIRST TEN MINUTES , THE CROWN SEEMED TO HAVE WORN THEMSELVES OUT IN TEN, LETTING TRENT INTO THE GAME TO GIVE SAM TAYLOR A WELCOME RETURN IN GOALS HAVING TO GET HIMSELF IN THE FIRING LINE , BUT HAVING TO LAP UP A BIT OF PRESSURE SCOTT LUDLOW FINALLY BRAKES HIS GOAL DROUGHT WITH A FINELY PLACED SHOT FROM THE RIGHT TO PUT IT PAST THE TRENT KEEPER 1.0 . BUT THIS DIDNT LAST, A VERY LATHARGIC CROWN SAT BACK TO LET TRENT GET THE GOAL BACK AFTER 5 MINS TO MAKE IT 1.1, THE FIRST HALF CONTINUED THE SAME WITH BOTH TEAMS BRAKING EACH OTHER DOWN BUT NOT REALLY PENATRATING EACH OTHERS DEFENCE, CARNY TAKES AN INJURY TO LET THE VETARAN MARK GREENFIELD ENTER THE FRAME JUST BEFORE HALF TIME, THE SECOND HALF STARTS WITH ANOTHER INJURY MARTIN HEYWOOD OFF , SCOTT PUSHES INTO MIDFIELD DAS DAN UP FRONT STILL STUGGLING TO GET GOING THE CROWN WERE PUSHED ASIDE BY A LITTLE MORE EXPERIENCE, THE CROWN GET A FEW MORE ATTACKS WITH DAS DAN HOLDING AND PASSING IT THROUGH TRYING TO BRAKE THE TRENT DEFENCE , TRENT GET THE ATTACK GOING TO BRAKE THE CROWN DOWN, A DRIFTING SHOT FROM OUTSDE THE BOX WHICH DRIFTS THROUGH SAM IN GOALS 2.1 , FINNALLY WITH TEN MINUTES LEFT THE CROWN FINNALLY GET OUT OF BED CHRIS LUMB REPLACES LIAM WEIZACK TO FORCE THE ATTACK DALE BADGE CONTINUALLY ATTACKING AND GUY BLISSET GOT THE EYE FOR GOALS . THREE OR FOUR SHOTS HIT THE TRENT DEFENCE KEEPING THEM ON THE BACK FOOT UNTIL EVENTUALLY DAS DAN HIT A BALL TOWARDS GOAL WHICH BOUNCES BACK TO LET DALE BADGE HIT A 20 YRD BALL INTO THE BACK OF THE NET A GET OUT OF JAIL CARD WAS HANDED THE CROWN, THE FINAL WHISTLE WENT , THE YOUNGER SIDE WAS CANCELLED OUT BY A LITTLE MORE EXPERINCE , ITS ALL ABOUT LEVELS AND THE CROWN KEEP GOING DOWN A COUPLE OF LEVELS SOMETHING TO LEARN ,,,MAYBE?
