Green Buffaloes Women FC hosted Green Eagles Women at Nkoloma Stadium on 20 September 2025, with kick-off at 3:00pm in a crucial league encounter. The home side delivered a commanding performance to secure a 3-0 victory, leaving the visitors unable to respond throughout the 90 minutes plus added time.
Deploying a classic 4-3-3 formation, Green Buffaloes Women FC set up with Ngambo Musole in goal, protected by a back four comprising Martha Banda at right back, Memory Nthala and Esther Banda as central defenders, and Diana Banda on the left. The midfield trio featured Evarine Katongo on the right, Joana Benaya centrally, and Natasha Nanyangwe on the left, tasked with both defensive duties and creative support. Up front, the attacking trio consisted of Maweta Chilenga on the right wing, Agness Phiri leading as the central striker, and Beatrice Fwamba operating on the left flank.
