Home league match played on 06 October 2013.
Kicked off at 10:30 AM

The game started with the sun shining but when Hemlington got going very slowly and did'nt look them selves.

Guisborough applied there pressure from the off and did'nt quite take there chance until the 11th minute when a un-common mistake by centre back Callum Roulston allowed the opposition striker to go through on goal and shot into the back of the net 0-1

And from there on in Guisborough looked the more likely to score as Hemlington looked out of sorts all over the park although the limited outlet they had was down the right side as Matty Devine was getting some success driving into the box from the right wing but that was dealt a blow on the half hour when he pulled up with a hamstring strain and was replaced by forward Dan Caney moving Joseph Mckenna out on the right .

Dan Caney more or less had a instant impact when on the 38th minute again attacking from the right Ashley Trodden played the ball down the flank for Joseph Mckenna to beat his man and cross onto the far post for the on coming Dan Caney to diving header the equaliser 1-1.

The second half begun much better with Hemlington looking more alert and and did'nt take long before they took the lead when Lewi Mondal in centre midfield played the ball out to the left wing for Matty Nelson to pick up the ball and cut inside dribble to the edge of the area and shot across goal into the top right hand corner 2-1 55th minute.

Hemlington struck again on the 62nd minute from a corner that was headed clear the ball dropped to the 18yard line and Matty Nelson sliced his shot with his effort dropping to Lee Carr on the right of the penalty area and fired directly across the keeper into the left hand side of the net 3-1.

On the 70th minute Hemlington's 2nd subsitution was made bringing Mark Roulston on for Joseph Mckenna and in seconds from a Ste Chilver throw in on the left near the opposition box the ball was bundled in by stand in Captain Paul Jenkins 4-1.

Minutes later Hemlington scored again when centre back Callum Roulston stayed forward after a corner was cleared and Paul Jenkins crossed back into the box with Callum headering in atoning for his earlier mistake 5-1 73rd minute.

Hemlington made there final change when Paul Robinson came on for Lewi Mondal on the 80th minute and 5 minutes later they extended the gap as a deflected shot from Callum Roulston lobbed the Guisborough keeper 6-1 85th minute .

Straight from ko Guisborough gave them selves a lil pride after lobbing Goal Keeper Damon Sizer form the centre circle to make it 6-2 86th minute.

But it was Hemlington with the final word as again from a poorly cleared corner Dan Caney crossed back into the box with the dominant Callum Roulston headed in his third of the game and finalised the score line 7-2 in the 88th minute.

Mentions for the ever impressive Paul Jenkins and second half performances from Lewi Mondal ,Jake Bennett , Ashley Trodden and Matty Nelson but man of the match goes to free scoring centre back Callum Roulston
