Kicked off at 6:15 PM

The game got going as Hemlington were hosts to Marstons FC knowing they had to do better than the 3-0 reverse fixture win to catch league leaders parklands up on goal difference and the got of to a great start showing there intent early doors when Jenkins , Summersgill and McLoughlin all went close to opening the score line .

It was on the tenth minute though when when Hemlington attacked down the right flank and Nathan Summersgill crossing from the byline for Neil McLoughlin to head in 1-0.

3 minutes later Hemlington chased down to win possesion and as Paul Jenkins took a shot inside the area only for the keeper to parry it but it dropped perfectly for Nathan Summersgill to fire the rebound .2-0 13th minute

Wasn't long before Hemlington were on the attack again down the right flank cutting the ball back outside right of the box for Ste Chilver to strike on the half volley across the goal lobbing the Marstons keeper in the process .3-0 20th minute

Keeping the pressure on Hemlington won a throw in half way in the Marstons half Trodden using his line for McLoughlin to cross from the right wing by-line for skipper Paul Jenkins to head at the back post .4-0 25th minute.

Most of Hemlingtons attacking success was coming down the right side and again Summersgill dribbling down the pitch wide right crosses into the six yard box for again Jenkins header .5-0 30th minute.

Not long after Hemlington could of been down to 10 men as the referee debated if Callum Roulston was the last man or if there was a covering player as he brought down Marstons striker after a defensive mistake , the referee decided there was only a caution warrented .

Hemlington went close on another couple of occasions when McLoughlin perfectly lifted the ball over the Marstons centre backs for the on rushing Biswas to control and chip the keeper for it to agonisingly go wide and on another occasion a ball was crossed in from the right and McLoughin's back heeled effort hit the post and wide from 4 yards out .

The final goal of the first half came in the 42nd minute when Biswas attacked down the left cutting the ball inside for a thunderous 35 yard strike from Paul Jenkins .6-0.

An early subsitution was forced when centre midfielder Adam Houseby pulled his hamstring which resulted in been replaced by Richard May on th 57th minute.

Hemlington seemed to have taken the foot off the gass early in the second half the only thing to report when a Ashley Trodden shot hit the cross bar and bouned outside left of the box for Ste Chilver to hit again on the half volley beating the keeper at his near post. 7-0 60th minute.

There was another subsitution seeing Chris Marks come on for Anthony Biswas on the left wing 65th minute and was involved more or less straight away winning a corner which Summersgill crossed to the back post for a commanding header from Callum Roulston 8-0 70th minute.

Third and final subsitute came as Mark Roulston replaced the returning Lewi Mondal at left back 72 minute.

This in turn seemed to jump start Hemlington again and 3 minutes later another corner taken by Summersgill resulted in Ste Chilver to score his hattrick .9-0 73rd minute.

A relentless Hemlington again attack down the right after regaining possesion from the ko Summersgill playing in the over lapping Ashley Trodden to hit a low cross across the box for on coming substitute Marks to side foot in carrying on his current goal scoring form. 10-0 76th minute.

Again straight from ko Hemlington win back possesion countering down the right the impressive Ashley Trodden again crossing the ball into the box for the on coming forward Neil McLoughlin sliding shot across goal beating the keeper hitting the post and into the net. 11-0 80th minute.

Few minutes later Richard May attacked down the left sliding the ball inside to McLoughlin who then went passed the defending centre back before shooting from outside the area into the bottom left hand corner . 12-0 83rd minute.

Inless than 30 seconds Hemlington had won back possesion attacking there masses down the right flank with Chilver playing the ball inside edge of the box were Trodden again beats his man cutting left before the on rushing Richard May took the shot beating the standing Marstons keeper .13-0 83rd minute.

Straight from the ko an ambitious strike from just inside the Hemlington half seemed to unwittingly bobble the goal keeper ( Damo Sizer ) hand then through his legs into the net ...oh the embarrassment 13-1 84th minute.

The final and 15th goal of the game came when Chilver played a through ball to Jenkins who miss read the pass and left it but it was picked up by the over lapping Chris Marks who charged past the centre backs at pace and poked the ball past the keeper 14-1 88th minute.

Wow where do start to give man of the match when there was three hattricks lots of creativity and solid defence and possesion play ( apart from damo blip but we'll forgive him ) but the players voted for Ste Chilver to take the accolaid . well done everyone this train has gathered pace lets take it into our remaining three games and bring home the silverwear
