Home friendly match played on 13 May 2014.
Kicked off at 8:30 AM

Fildza travelled to Perumahan with a bunch of young bloods and full with winnning mentality. We were without our last match MOTM Kerol as Azeem Mourinho continued with the effective defensive midfield system as we lined up: Das (Import keeper), Budi, Hazwan, Mior, Yusuf, Bob, Ameer, Fizi, Maw, Alex and Azid.

We know Fildza can be a hard nut to crack as we have fought most of them before. Plus the young guns and legs, it must be a hard game not to mention the severe hot weather,phewww.  Fildza started with a standard 4-4-2 and were working hard all over the pitch and had all the early ball but time and again, La Noon back four were solid as ever and intercepting every through passes made by Fildza. Alex had the best early chance when a fine through ball from our excellent midfielder (Cant remember who but you know who you are), slicing their defences and Alex made a first time shot, but the ball direction was only to go wide. 10 minutes 43 seconds later, we got another clear chance when after some patient build up play through midfield, Azid managed to dribble the ball passed the last defender and centred the ball to Alex who was just inside the box and unmarked, he unleashed a shot off with power but unfortunately to be denied twice by the goalkeeper and the goal post! From that unfortunate moment however, we know we were coming close to hit the first goal.

Fildza then had a couple of opportunities which we dealt well but hard, of course, we continued to play some lovely football, closing and tanking Fildza midfielders with full disciplined and profesionalissm, Maw was running riot down the left flank and managed to create some good goal scoring chances and succesfully convert those chances into NO goals hahaha (kidding)

It really was a majestic football with everybody passing and moving at will at one time, which might made some of the Fildza players losing their cool and patience, and that ugly moment came when fullback Yusuf had the ball at his feet and just ready to bombard on the defense, a blind and maliced kick produced by Fildza player (dont know his name though) has perfectly 'served' Yusuf's leg. Ouch! A yellow card was produced though.

In the second half, the party has pretty much started now for La Noon as Fildza had no answer to our football as wave after wave of attack to their goal post and our supreme defending which succesfully cut down all their dangerous passes. And at last we got our and the match first goal from Alex as midfielder duo, Bob and Arwell combined in midfield with 'new strategy' as both of them dribbled the ball against themselves! which confused the Fildza defenders, at time Bob knew his strategy has works, and slipped a pass to Alex which converted the assist into a goal. Well done Alex, Bob and Arwell! 1 -0 for La Noon!

After such a blistering 10 minutes of football in the second half we started to struggle to maintain the intensity and credit to Fildza they introduced some new players into the pitch and came out more lively against us. A couple of wildly shots from them have came to our goal post but Das has done a good job and fine saves to deny all of them. At the other end we had dropped our levels slightly but we soon got back in the game when the full of spirit, Arwell tanked the Fildza player with his miraculous body, suddenly win the ball and passed it to Denis which was a free man and not offside, easily slotted the ball home. La Noon 2-0!

The match continued with several tactical changes and new legs, from an effective 4-5-1 formation to austounding 5-2-2 formation in the final minutes. La Noon managed to hold on until the final whistle. The morning belonged to La Noon once again which means  we have extended our Not Losing streak to 12 matches! more or less.

Congrats lads! Handsome, Humble and Style.
