Nobody Inn athletic Reserves 3 – 1 Colsterworth,

Very Abel to get the points at Probertt slips on his arse,

Nobody Inn Athletic were missing a lot of defensive cover this week going into the big game Colsterworth, Chief chocolate eater Chris Lord and Nobods hard man Sam Cragg were both missing, Cadders fell out of a cherry picker and has had to pay private to see a doctor putting him out for 2 more weeks,

Banjo and Hilly were both back after missing previous weeks and Gramaca had done his bit with the first team last week and was recalled, After one of his best performances of the season Tom power was used as a condom in centre mid for the first time alongside last week’s mom Liam Probert meaning that young Leigh Dixon partnered Bristow at cb, Williams was back in again on the wing and Jacko retained his place on the left. Banjo got his first start and Sully made started at lb again

The game started at a slow pace, Nobods attacking up the hill first half tried to use their passing game which was slow at times and was lacking Zip. Luczak nearly got onto a cross early on but just missed his foot. Williams got into good positions but didn’t have the final ball when required, Banjo saw a lot of the ball early on moving it well with Abel who was playing out of his skin after a quick nap on the way again. First real chance fell to Williams, Tommy power who threw in some Adam Hart (Lad) style big tackles made a great tackle on the edge and Williams shot at the keeper. 30 minutes were played when the keeper cleared to Abel who steadied himself and lifted into the empty net to take some pressure off the team, As the slope took it effects Colsterworth were the better side Turbo had to make a wonder save tipping a long ball round the post. Nobods saw the half out and came in 1-0 up,

Second half down the sloap was a scrappy affair and Nobody had more of the ball without creating any real chances, Aiden James came on for Williams on the wing. Jason and Had a few half chances but nothing really clear cut, Abel made the keeper make a great save from a free kick, but after a string of corners Williams and Power played a short one and Bristow stole a march at the front post to double the lead, Obviously Probert was fuming and ended up falling over in anger

It would seem that Nobods had the points wrapped up but Colsterworth never gave up and Got a deserved goal to apply pressure again, Colsterworth began to push Nobody back as nerves set in until Turbo Threw the ball to Abel.

Abel was in his own half he beat 2 men before cutting inside and beating both Centre backs and drilling a ball hard into the bottom corner. Straight after Abel wanted to come off for a rest and got a deserved MOM, Fabio and Hilly came off the bench for some minutes. After that goal Nobods pushed Colsterworth back and they didn’t get a look, Luczak again had a few chances but it was Job done as Nobods moved on and stayed undefeated.
