REAL HIT 4 BUT LET BEDDINGTON BACK IN TO DRAW

Real kicked off the season at King Georges with a solid performance against a young Beddington side.

Real are a side in transition and the new look side struggled in the early stages after a poor pre season. A lack of understanding in the box let in Beddington to take the lead.

Real slowly came back into the game and began to exert their authority. Mark Clowes smashed the ball home to equalise following a corner. Then a crossed free kick from Steve Ingram found its way into the net after a defensive blunder. And Mark James made it a defensive 'hatrick' when he rose to head home a corner just before the break.

It looked all over in the 2nd half when Rob Salmons (on for Kev Shep) found a gap in the area turned the defender and hit home.  However a lack of fitness and concentraton let Beddington back in the game and they grabbed a last minute equaliser. A case of 2 points dropped for Real but they can take heart from a good performance for the first 60 and overall an encouraging start to the season.
