Home league match played on 26 September 2021.
Kicked off at 11:30 AM

Luke made some superb saves the first half one direct from the corner on to the bar and his kicking again was superb. A few goals that could of been stopped by using hands but this is a part of Luke's game we are really working on and we are seeing huge improvements it's also worth mentioning that it's extremely more noticeable when a keeper makes a mistake. If a midfielder looses the ball or a bad pass no one bats an eyelid so I have no doubts Luke will learn from today so a lesson well worth having. Two of the goals could of been avoided by charging the shot down and by using hands so a cumulative of mistakes that can be addressed thankfully.

Leo Wow what can I say about Leo this is a kid 3 months back was really worried about playing and was very nervous he has overcome that In such a short period of time and today showed how far he has come in such a short period time. He was the last man on a fair few occasions and nothing got past him at all, size doesn't matter to Leo because he was an absolute giant at the back today in every sense of center back. Man of the match

Reeve assured and calm at the back had a few little struggles with the strength of the big lads but he changed his game and dropped a yard from the player and this really made his performance stand out. Set up the second goal by drilling one from the halfway line causing the keeper to have an absolute howler.

Levi running all over the shop today showing some real grit when it needed with some very important tackles in the middle again, still looks a little tender on his ankle but great effort again started the play for the first goal by winning it in midfield and setting Logan up to square in Jacob who finished cooly.

Ty some excellent jockeying of the ball and gave us some real strength naturally Ty's favoured position appears to be outwide but we will be looking to add him more central in coming weeks if the games allow as I think Ty can be a physical player and we need to play to his strengths.

Logan like he hadn't been away, some amazing running back and forth down the wings stopped a clear goal with his tracking back. As always Logan gives every thing when he plays and he was tired after putting such a shift in. Great assist aswell for Jacobs first goal

Arthur a lot like Logan some amazing running up and down the line which helps with our back line and the press we use straight from kick off and goal kicks. His tenacity to keep running is a real strength and I believe that we are seeing a huge improvement game on game.

Jacob had a tough game today as they were very physical scored 2 goals today and his second was a superb mix of determination and a cool head to round the keeper and drill it into the top bin.

Overall obviously disappointed that we lost but we went down really trying so I can live with that. One thing that we did see today that we didn't like was our heads dropped after 2-3. I don't mind losing (I do) but as long as we gave it our all I can live with it.

On the other side of that we only had one sub so this does make life a whole lot more difficult, we are looking to add one more player who hopefully will be at training with us on Tuesday. Add to this we will have Alex and Taaj back next week today would of been a completely different game if we had the numbers and the players back.

Few things for the coaches to work on in training which no doubt we will be talking on whatsapp for a fair few hours later today too look at what we can do to work on our flaws
